I think the result is bogus. There is plenty of evidence to support a charge. But, as the link above argues, the DA has a personal history that makes him unable to fulfill his sworn duties to act impartially in this case. Nuggets forward Darell Arthur was suspended one game by the NBA for shoving Cavaliers guard Dion Waiters while in the air and incurring a flagrant 2. According to Chris Dempsey of the Denver Post this suspension will be served when the Nuggets play the Trail Blazers on Sunday night.
