I've had my differences with ESPN's Rick Reilly, but here Reilly is at his best taking us into the depressingly sad and tough reality that Nuggets head coach George Karl is living in right now.

Hopefully knowing what their head coach has been going through for the last few weeks will serve as serious motivation for the Nuggets to get it done in the West this year. Lakers have everything handed to them, it's about time a team wins the West that deserves it.
