According to Chris Dempsey of the Denver Post, Randy Foye has a torn quad muscle and JaVale McGee is experiencing tibia soreness. Both will be out for tonight, and Foye will be on the shelf for three weeks.

I think the result is bogus. There is plenty of evidence to support a charge. But, as the link above argues, the DA has a personal history that makes him unable to fulfill his sworn duties to act impartially in this case.
