Epic game played by players, epic failure called by officials.

Ok, consider me the president of the sore losers club. I stayed up until the wee hours of the night to watch maybe the best playoff game I've seen in my 46 years on this planet. Both teams matched each other blow for blow. It was a war of attrition for both the players AND the fans. So why do I feel like I was cheated of a win because of a reviewed call towards the end of the 3rd OT of a ball that was clearly knocked out of bounds by CJ McCollum?

I know, I know. If Craig doesn't turn the ball over in the 1st OT, if we just rebound a Portland missed shot that gets kicked out to Hood for an open 3 in the 4th OT, if Jokic hits his free throws, we possibly control our own destiny better. And yes, TECHNICALLY the ball touched Murray's hand last on the play in question. But come on, that is a call that no reasonable person looks to overturn. If Murray reaches for the loose ball and tips it or knocks it off another body part, ok. But that's not what happened.

The officials changed a call in a game where they had decided to keep their whistles in their pockets and for good reason. The true spirit of the game says "McCollum knocked the ball out, Nuggets ball". Portland knows they were gifted the ball. Everyone who saw the play knows had call been upheld there would have been no argument or twitter bombs complaining about the officials. And yet that call most definitely changed the outcome of the game.

It sour grapes, I know. But that call is the very definition of Nugglife, and quite frankly I'm tired of it.

The league should be ashamed.
