With the game tied and less than 20 seconds on the clock in Game 4 of the Western Conference finals against the Portland Trail Blazers, Stephen Curry committed a pretty obvious travel while trying to get open for a game winning three-pointer. Instead of winning the game with that shot, Curry was rightfully called for the travel, ultimately sending the game to overtime. The Golden State Warriors went on to win the game and the series, 119-117.

Social media went crazy after this play. Not only did fans get a kick out of seeing the blatant travel, but Steph’s brother, Seth Curry, had an amusing reaction as well. He immediately and enthusiastically started urging the referee with hand motions to make the call.

Denver Nuggets’ guard Monte Morris must have been watching the game, and he too reacted on Twitter to the play:

Moments like these are the best parts of being a sports fan in the age of social media.
