Arthur has become a fixture in Denver over the last three seasons. His veteran leadership and attention to detail have helped him become a trusted reserve for head coach Michael Malone. At power forward, his defensive intelligence and instincts help him, while he has expanded his three point shooting this past year.
Darrell shot 38.5 percent from beyond the three point line this past season, and while he didn't have enough attempts to qualify, he was one of the best outside shooters at the power forward position. The coaching staff and front office must believe in his ability to expand his outside game even more.
Darrell Arthur's new three-year deal with the Nuggets will pay him $23M, league source tells @TheVertical.

News just broke that Arthur's contract will pay him 23 million over the course of three years. Fans should be excited about this investment. This deal is INCREDIBLE. With so many contracts being paid out to players that seem way above market value, this deal is FAR below market value, especially with the salary cap increase.
Here's to DA. Dinner's on me for taking a team friendly deal. Gotta love ya.
