Hey guys,
First of all, i am not a Nuggets fan. I just enjoy pretending to be the GM of another team, and i feel like the Nuggets are in a great position for the future.Anyways, here is a quick trade proposal i thought of last night:
Nuggets give up Gallinari and Nurkic for the #3 Pick in the draft and Amir Johnson (fro salary purposes),Selecting Dragan Bender.
Another trade from your own blog i just saw, #7 and #15 for Buddy Hield, seem pretty good as well
LINEUP:
STARTERS: Mudiay,Hield,Chandler,Bender,Jokic
BENCH: Augustin,Harris,Barton,Faried,Lauvergne
Now this would be a move for the future, but IMO it would benefit your team in the longterm. A future backcourt of Mudiay and Hield, with Jokic still improving and Bender becoming a great player (i hope), would be an awesome team to watch.
OBS:Amir Johnson's 12m contract is completely unguaranteed, meaning you can cut him if you would like too, but he could be a good depth player, and worth keeping.
Thoughts???
