March Madness players Nuggets Fans should be watching for the NBA Draft

The players I picked are the players that I believe would compliment the Nuggets core of Mudiay, Harris, and Jokic. I don't like the thought of relying on Gallinari's health every year or even Wilson Chandlers health for that matter. Faried is payed like a top tier player but plays at a mid-tier player.

- Denzel Valentine 6'6" SG -Michigan State (Passing, Shooting, Basketball IQ)

-Denzel does not fit the description I wrote above considering he plays the same position as Gary Harris but Valentine has the highest basketball IQ in the draft. He does everything for Michigan State. He scores inside and out averaging 19.4ppg. He has excellent court vision averaging 7.6apg. And lastly he is an elite rebounding guard averaging 7.6 rpg. The man is a walking triple double.

- Jaylen Brown 6'7" SF - California (Athleticism, Penetration, Potential)

- In my opinion Gallinari needs to be moved. I also believe since the Nuggets are moving out of contention for a top 3 pick in the draft I think the Nuggets should look to move Gallinari and their own draft pick to get Brown. Brown is a Freshman that was one of the top players in last years high school class. I compare Brown to this years Stanley Johnson. I believe he is more athletic and a better penetrator than Johnson was coming out of Arizona. Brown and California started the year slow but have hit their stride recently because of the emergence of Brown. California recent success is because Browns ability to get to the rim with ease and being a good finisher.

- Ivan Rabb 6'10" PF - California (Athleticism, Potential on offense and defense)

- Lastly Rabb, in my opinion would replace Faried. If the Nuggets drafted Rabb he would not be required to be a go to scorer or a lockdown defender. In my opinion if you are a top payed player on a NBA team you should either be the go to scorer or the lock down defender and Faried is neither. What I like about Rabb is that he is 6'10" FRESHMAN and has the potential to become a reliable scorer and a pesky defender. Rabb averages 12.5ppg 8.5rpg 1.2bpg. That stat line is not top 5 player worthy but the Nuggets will get a late lottery or 15-20 draft pick from the Trailblazers or Rockets. Just take a look at what he can do HERE.
