You find yourself in a familiar place, rooting for the team that you love so much. You are as dedicated as they come; you live and die with each win or loss. You have seen many bad times and also some good times recently. You cheer for the name on the front of the jersey and not the back, you were there for 11 wins in 98, you were there when Mt. Mutombo clutched the ball out from his chest in Seattle, you were there when Melo was traded to the Knicks, you were there in 85 when Alex English broke his hand at the worst possible time, you were there for Game 6 of the 2009 WCF.
You now find your faith tested in being a Nuggets fan but remember this: you will be there when the Nuggets play in their first NBA Finals, you will be there when the Nuggets hoist the Larry O’ Brien trophy. You will be there for many good times and bad as Nuggets fans going forward. Remember that the struggle of the journey as a fan makes reaching the mountaintop that much sweeter. Keep the faith Nuggets fans, keep the faith!!!
