The Denver Nuggets season kicks off Wednesday, just four days away! Let's see what is going on around Nuggets Nation recently:

Ty Lawson explains pick and roll defense:

Video released on Oct. 21st, Coach Nick and the Bballbreakdown crew came to Denver to talk pick and roll defense with Ty Lawson, check out the video here:

Coach Nick does a great job with these videos and Lawson explains the defense very well and the calls that are made before the screen comes. Best part was the subtle hand Lawson places on the ball-handler to keep them from going exactly where they'd want to go, coach Nick asks Lawson about that hand.

Northwest Division podcast preview:

Our guy Matt Moore and Zach Harper have their Northwest Division podcast preview up. Check out their work, some good talk on JaVale McGee vs Jusuf Nurkic, the underrated Arron Afflalo, the forgotten Danilo Gallinari, and more.
