In Mark Titus' new book, "Don't Put Me In, Coach", the former Ohio State walk-on takes plenty of shots at former teammates. Titus had some choice words for Nuggets center Kosta Koufos, as the two were teammates during Koufos' lone college season in 2007-08. Check out the Colorado Sports Guys podcast to hear what Titus had to say.

In addition to some hoops talk, we had a chance to chat with Fraser Coffeen from Bloody Elbow.com to break down the cancellation of UFC 151 and much more.

And be sure to stay up on the 2012 ESPN's NBA Player Rankings. A few Nuggets made the cut in the 261-280 range in, Koufos, 274 (348 in 2011) and Anthony Randolph, 269 (220 in 2011). Do these rankings even mean anything? Do they help with NBA fantasy drafts? Do they do anything? I guess ranking stuff can be fun.
