Just an observation...

So if prices WITH Melo go up... shouldn't prices WITHOUT Melo go down?

If selling tickets is the objective... and I think it is, here are a few thoughts. Feel free to add your own.

CLOSE (or reduce the use of) the "practice court" in the back. Years ago when Melo arrived, nearly every player came out and did shoot around on the main court. It was a chance for fans (and lots of fans!) to see the players and maybe get an autograph or a high-five. Now... well most players don't come out for shoot-around.

Get realistic on prices for food and soft drinks. A 12oz "cola" cost about 9 cents to produce... 10 if you count a cup. A nearly 6000 percent increase is kinda much.

Have some "Fan Events" that don't cost anything. Yes we go to the charity events and enjoy them. But many Fans we see at games cannot come close to affording these events. Yes, support the Kids but support the Fans too.

Got some ideas?
