I really hope he doesn't go to Miami for the minimum. I think Denver still has their Bi-annual exemption. If they do, they should offer it to Dampier, but he probably will get an even bigger offer from one of the teams under the cap. It would be a great value to get him for the bi-annual, but whatever happens, please don't go to Miami.
