Well, with the signings of Harrington, Sheldon Williams, and He Who Must Not Be Named Denver has essentially rounded it out it's roster for the start of the season. Yes, they could still drop one of the non-guaranteed contracts and sign someone, but it's unlikely. All they have left is the bi-annual so anyone they do sign will not be a major player.

We can, however, continue the endless speculation regarding the fates of J.R. and KMart and their expiring contracts. We can put all our J.R. for Gortat, Kmart for Biedriens, and Kmart and J.R. for the Flopper posts here. Personally, I don't think anything will happen with either of them until the season starts and a non-contender looks to shed salary. That said, I enjoy good speculation as much as the next guy, so let's go to it.

A few guidelines. 1) Please make trades that make sense for both teams. L.A. is not going to trade us Bryant for J.R. so don't waste the space. 2) Don't waste time talking about letting their contracts expire and signing a free agent. They can only get significant cap space by letting J.R., Kmart, and Billups walk at the end of next season. That won't improve the team no matter who they sign to replace them. 3) Please make salaries that match up within the rules. Gortat for J.R. and Kmart would be great for the nuggets, but is only about 17 million out on the contracts. 4) Have fun.
