George Karl Might Not Return?

Yahoo Sports posted a concerning article in regards to George Karl and his availability:

First of all, get well soon GK. Life is always first, and everyone's pulling for you to get through this and back to your normal self. It was hard seeing how affected you were by the treatments and how much it hurt for you to be sitting watching the game at home instead of out there on the sidelines.

If there is any truth to this story, then we're not only looking at having to improve this team during the offseason, we're also going to have to possibly look at available coaching candidates, which makes things far more interesting. Charles Barkley had a point worth noting: this team needs a screamer, or a guy who at the very least gets the attention of the players, which is what made Karl so suitable for this team. Is there a coach out there capable of reigning in some rather volatile personalities and getting them to play together as a team? Is there a coach out there who can get the players committed to playing hard on both ends of the floor for 48 minutes, night in and night out?

This Nuggets offseason has a lot of question marks going into it, and if George Karl not returning turns out to be the case, then this will be arguably the biggest one to solve.
