Yahoo! Sports' Marc Spears is reporting that Nuggets head coach George Karl could be out until the playoffs begin as his treatment for throat and neck cancer gets progressively worse. [UPDATED] Karl's girlfriend, Kim Van Deraa, first reported the severity of Karl's recent situation via Karl's treatment blog. But today, Kim is blogging that Karl is feeling much better.
