I know most of you may be over the whole Ginobli thing...

...but I'm kinda not. I still do not understand how that call was made. I thought that I may be over it and I hadnt actually thought about it for awhile until I saw some highlights from a game on Saturday, December 18th. The game in particular was between the Washington Wizards (sans John Wall and Gilbert Arenas) and the Miami Heat.

If you have not seen any of the highlights from this game I encourage you to look at the link I am about to post. No need to watch the whole video. Basically you can just start it at around 3 minutes and 40 seconds.

Two different interesting things happen there:

1. They called the foul on Blatche with Dwyane Wade driving to the goal. DWYANE WADE! I dont really know about that call...but they called it...whatever. D-Wade or Lebron or Kobe will get that call. Trash.

2. They DONT call a foul when Kirk Hinrich drives to the hole to end the game. If he didnt get fouled by Chris Bosh (which he probably didnt), he definitely got fouled by Lebron James! There was a ton more contact there than when Wade drove and got "fouled".

I kept hearing from some on here but mostly on TNT that there was waaay to much contact not to make a call. What about here? What about Kirk Hinrich? Especially when Dwyane Wade just got a cheaper call on the other end.

It just got me thinking about how garbage the Ginobli call was. Then it got me thinking about how inconsistent these calls are for NBA games from game to game (comparing SA vs Den) and even in game (Dwade vs. Hinrich)

Blah.
