Grizzlies looking to add "Offensive Firepower" (J.R. to Memphis for Marc Gasol?)

On RealGM, it is said that they are looking for offensive firepower for their bench.

That sounds like J.R. to me.

Although the article mentioned they want someone whose contract doesn't run beyond this season. But J.R.'s contract only runs one more year after this season.

Give them J.R. and in return we get Marc Gasol and Sam Young.

That's like a win-win situation to me. Randolph is a monster at rebounding and scoring in the paint for them anyway, and the addition of J.R. would replace some of the lost scoring with the departure of Gasol and add a much-needed scoring off the bench. This would also make way for their project Thabeet.

For us, well, we would just get our newest franchise center 15 and 10 man Gasol. Nene can move to his more natural position of PF. And can you imagine how nastier and tougher our bench would be with Kenyon Martin leading the second unit? And more importantly:

- We would be a load to handle on offense with Gasol and Nene able to score in the post and both can pass so well, are so unselfish that should complement each other nicely. I think we would instantly be the best C-PF combination over another-certain Gasol and Bynum in LA.

- Most importantly, we can finally say we're consistent at rebounding and we would not be scared we cannot get a rebound after defensive stops in game crucial moments, etc.

Get this done FO! Be and do!!!
