My ESPN mobile notification just alerted me that Javaris Crittenton and Gilbert Arenas of the Washinton Wizards have both been suspended for the rest of the season ... the reason on the mobile alert (had guns in locker room). You have to love technology today allowing us to shorten things to make them seem unintentionally funny.

Pretty big suspensions as David Stern laid down the Law-SON on the two Wizards' guards. It's not like Washington was really going far with the second worst record in the East (14-30 ... the exact opposite record of the Denver Nuggets).

Perhaps players will now think twice about their actions inside NBA locker rooms with this heavy suspension laid down.
