I think we have the talent but i really think this team lacks the motivation and i feel there are two ways to accomplish this....

first: fire karl, this could either A. make every1 play better and let one of the great assistants take over or

B. put this team in a downward spiral....

thats why dont want to go with option 1

second: make a trade, no i dont mean i minor one like last years petro trade nor do i mean like a blockbuster like the billups trade (unless it clearly favors us) this team really needs that spark we had last year, that no one believes in us, im going out there and playing every game like it was my last.....

now i think option 2 would give us that swagger back but idk if it will happen
