It looks like the Bucks will be sending former Nugget Sonny Weems North of the border to Toronto in a deal with the Raptors to acquire Carlos Delfino (who played in Russia last season.) Delfino and Amir Johnson headline the trade.

It looks like the Bucks didn't have grandiose plans for Weems after all ... as he now earns the title "journeyman" by joining his 3rd team before entering his second season in the NBA.
