The Denver Post is reporting that the Nuggets plan to submit a qualifying offer to Linas Kleiza, that will make him a Restricted Free Agent. The Nuggets are not expected to submit a qualifying offer to Johan Petro, making him an Unrestricted Free Agent free to sign with any team.
