Although I love JRs game with a passion and often refer to him as a poor mans Kobe with more range and a lot less work ethic and basketball IQ. I think its about time to explore options on how to get a fire going within the team. Its become obvious to me that Karl doesnt know how to motivate his players. Im not a huge billups fan and think his game is overrated however I cant deny his character, intangibles, and leadership he brings on to the court. Frankly he coaches the nuggies better than Karl. So unless management decides to let Karl go soon and get someone else to bring a new look and some fire going, a trade is the best bet for turning a great basketball team who only gets motivated for home games or elite teams of the nba to a team thats motivated through out and become one of those elite teams.

Now I think are best bet is to get rid of JR and Nene as they both are too inconsistent and honestly the only players that hold any trade value not named Melo. I think Bringing in young guys like Blatche, Bulter, McGee, and Young would be perfect for the nuggets in exchange for JR, Nene, and Balkman. For one all 4 can contribute immediatly. Blatche and McGee are legitimate big bodies the nuggets lack and they are young as well. Butler is a all star caliber player who brings some rebounding, intensity and defense. His game would be an excellent 2nd or 3rd scoring option for the nuggets and still think his game is overlooked and underrated by many. And last but not least you have Young who is like a JR clone young extremely athletic, less range but just as explosive offensively brings alot more defensive ability and less immaturity. Could be a superb 6th man and scoring threat off the bench. Not only does this trade improve the teams size and rebounding, it improves bench depth, they get younger as a team and to top it all off you cut some salary in the process.

How about it? What does every one think about this possible trade that i would very much like to see happen. And do you believe the wizards would accept a deal like this.
