This season just keeps getting crazier and crazier. I can't handle it. Am I supposed to believe that the Nuggets, missing a bunch of good players, just tied the NBA record for most threes in a single game with 24? I consider myself to have an open mind, but I refuse to believe it.
Looking at the boxscore, I am forced to confront reality. 24 threes. Denver Nuggets. And it's not like they were just jacking them up for fun (well, they were at the very end a little bit). They were making them. Even Johnny O'Bryant made one. Irish Kobe. That tells you all you need to know right there about how hot the Nuggets were.
Juan Hernangomez, for his part, hit six triples while scorching the Warriors with 27 points, once again making cupcake-boy Kevin Durant his own personal bitch. Six triples for Juancho isn't so insane, considering he hit four in a game earlier in the season. Yup. It's not even that exciting that he dropped so many bombs or scored so many points or banged so many hos. This is what I have to tell myself or I'm going to lose it. Just totally lose it. Too much hype.
